If you check Tess’s deviantart (vert-is-ninja), you’ll see that in her HINBN playlist (http://vert-is-ninja.deviantart.com/journal/30110870/) she mentions that she “made” Conrad British to fit a Kooks song. Which, as a Brit myself, I can only say ROCKS HARDCORE. And ‘cos I’m a Brit, I can also say that Conrad is a perfect fit as a British man, what with the grumpiness and all.
I actually imagine {…} talking like a Brit, myself.
Whaddya know, the initial bat form is sorta similar to Hanna’s mental image a few pages back…
