The next strip! MAN, I love you guys, this is a true story.

I am working on the next donation for FEBRUARY (how exciting) so WORRY NOT. For those of you who have already donated for this fantastic month, I will send it off to you as soon as I finish! For now, enjoy the strip!!

I have to admit that I had a hard time portraying exactly what I wanted to how I wanted to (or rather, how it looked in my head) so I started futzing around and kind of experimenting so forgive me as I kind of go into ‘trying new things without really making sure they work’ mode, as I feel the best way for myself to learn is to try and fail at them. I realize I’ve done this the entire strip, the paneling and layout is sometimes so experimental it’s hard to read, but I appreciate you guys sticking around anyways! I swear I’m slowly figuring this shit out!

I really love visually psychological trippy shit so this is what you’re going to get. I have this fascination with having some sort of dreamworld like manifestation of the human psyche because to me it is JUST SO INTERESTING. If it isn’t what you’re expecting, and you’re kinda confused then I understand. Also if you’re a little shocked seeing zombie alive, that’s cool too! I felt it was a necessary visual step needed to separate his internal dreamlike confusion versus the ‘real world’ and what was happening with Hanna. Plus it’s how his mind perceives himself, whether or not he truly realizes it.

Also the whole point of this is to get to know … more without getting to know anything at all in a way. If that makes any sense?
